The holiday home "Vila A'storia" is located in Ruma, in the "Breg" neighbourhood. It is owned by "Destilerija Petrović", a producer of premium fruit brandies under the name "A'storia", after which the villa was named. It is just 1 km from the town centre and 3 km from the Borkovac resort.
The "Breg" neighbourhood is famous for the Ruma Fair, held every third day of the month for over 250 years. The house was built in 1936 and has been renovated several times — from the late 1980s to the present. It features a living room, bedroom, kitchen with dining area, hallway and bathroom, covering a total of 80 m². Ideal for a family of four.
The courtyard spans 10 ares. With a children's play area, multiple seating spots and the option to grill or barbecue, the entire space is equally suited for children and adults. "Vila A'storia" is also ideal for business guests — for relaxation, promotions, meetings and celebrations with colleagues.
